Since 1897, VNA has helped the residents of the greater
Manchester community face the challenges of recovering from surgery, physical
disabilities, short-term, chronic or life-limiting illnesses and enjoy a quality
of life while maintaining their dignity, all in the comfort of home.
ServiceLink
ServiceLink is a statewide network of
locally-administered, community-based resources for seniors, adults with
disabilities and their families. There is never a cost related to using
ServiceLink and it is available to anyone who needs assistance, advice or help
with an issue relating to a senior member or disabled adult living in our
commumity.
Foundation for
Healthy Communities
The Foundation for Healthy Communities is a nonprofit
corporation that exists to improve health and health care, and includes New
Hampshire hospitals, health plans, clinicians, home care agencies and public
policy leaders.
